General OverviewSeventy-5 Broadway is situated in the quiet neighborhood of Manaba Beach, about halfway between the swimming beaches, Uvongo- and Lucien beaches, both approximately 1 km away. We are a relaxed stroll away (approximately 300m), from the beach. Which offers quiet and nicely tugged away beaches for family picnics, with rock pools, rich in sea life.
Our viewing deck, just meters from your flat, offers great views of the indian ocean, from where you can enjoy, with a cuppa in your hand, watching the whales breaking the surface, during their annual visit. Also dolphins. Great fishing spots all along our area from either the rocks or beach. Fishing piers at Uvongo and Margate.
We have 24 hour security, electrically fenced, and have backup electricity and water tanks. Very safe and secure.
Under covered parking for both, your vehicle (one per unit), and your trailer. We have a sparkling swimming pool (heated during the winter months, June, July and August - dependent on local electricity supply), viewing deck and boma area as well as the neat garden. A bird watchers paradise.
Too many attractions around the area to mention. Certainly people visiting never have boring days, even during rainy periods. We are close to all shops, restaurants, medical facilities and most amenities. Lots of outdoor activities in the area makes this an ideal holiday destination.

The owner couple is around for assistance when needed, but rest assured, not interfering with your holiday. They wish you to have a private, comfortable stay, where you can come and go and "kuier" as you wish.
Seventy-5 Broadway offers 2 units. One Garden flat which sleeps 6, and one Studio which sleeps 3.Garden Flat (sleep 6 people)This is a 114 square meter flat, on the ground floor, which offers easy access for older persons.
It opens into a huge open plan lounge/dining room, featuring a TV with full DSTV and free Wi-Fi. Also equipped with a ceiling fan.The modern kitchen has all the standard equipment to provide for a self catering holiday.
The main bedroom has a hair dryer, a double bed, lots of cupboards, is equiped with a ceiling fan, and have an on-suite bathroom. This bathroom comprises a spa-bath, shower, basin, toilet and cupboard. This bedroom has a private door allowing access to the courtyard, viewing deck and under cover braai area.
The second bedroom has its own toilet and hand basin. There are two separate single beds, which can be prepared as a king size bed should it be required. There also are two single beds in the form of a bunk bed (stacked) and a stand alone fan. This room also has a private door allowing access to the courtyard, viewing deck and braai area.
All amenities and the full garden is for the use of the guests., and ideal for the kid's safety.Studio (sleep 3 persons)This is a 22 square meter studio (bachelor flat), recently renovated and brand new. It is located on the ground floor, which offers easy access for the older persons.
It features a TV with full DSTV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchenette has all equipment to ensure a self catering experience. There is a hair dryer and the double cupboard ensures ample storage for the guests., as well as a fan.
There is a double bed as well as a daybed which can be used as a couch or a bed at night, if there is a third person.
The bathroom comprises a shower, basin and toilet.
Exclusive under cover braai. with comfortable entertainment area.
